Samuel Gawith Afterglow has a fine grind with dry consistency and a ruddy-brown colour. The blend is peppermint-forward with sweet, fruity, and camphor notes. The base tobacco contributes earthy undertones beneath the mint aromatics.
The nicotine strength is low to medium. The grind flows freely from the tin and has a slightly greasy texture. This is an English snuff with straightforward mint characteristics.

This is a cheeky little number which packs quite a solid mentholatum hit, buttressed with an afterswish of subtle earthy undertones, combined with a modicum of peppery warmth. It is easy on the nose, but a hefty pinch packs a solid punch. Eyes widened with a wry grin, time for another pinch...just to be sure. Why not! An all round pleasant experience. Recommended 👍
