Shipping policy
Where We Ship
We ship to almost every country in the world. If you place an order, we will send it. However, by ordering, you accept the inherent shipping risks associated with your destination.
What if My Order Is Stopped by Customs?
All international orders are placed at your own risk. If the package reaches your country and is returned to us by customs or the courier, we will issue a store credit for the cost of the products, excluding the original shipping fee.
If your package never leaves the UK (for example, the courier stops it at a UK hub and sends it back to us), we will refund you in full, including the shipping fee.
What if My Order Is Lost or Stolen?
Due to the nature of the products we sell, packages may occasionally be misidentified, stolen, or otherwise go missing. This is a particular issue with carriers like USPS.
If your order hasn't reached you six weeks after we dispatched it, we treat it as missing and give you a full refund, with no questions asked. That applies even if the parcel is being held by customs or the courier. If it's been less than six weeks, email us at support@mrsnuff.com and we'll find out where it is.
Do I Have to Pay Duties?
Orders to the United States, Canada, the European Union, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Israel and the Gulf states are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Any tariffs, duties and import taxes are collected at checkout and passed to your country's authorities for you, so there is nothing more to pay when the parcel arrives.
Orders to other countries outside the United Kingdom are sent with duties unpaid. Your country may charge import duty, taxes or a handling fee when the parcel arrives, and you pay those to the courier or customs. We have no control over the amounts, so check your own country's rules before ordering if you're unsure.
