Xian is a Chinese artisan snuff maker working in two styles. Xian Green keeps the grassy, herbal character of leaf cured to hold its natural green colour. Xian Schmalzler follows the old Bavarian recipe: a deeply fermented base dressed with oil, moist and soft, with notes of fermented fruit, fresh bread, fig and molasses.
