A finely milled, slightly moist blend of fermented Burley, Bright Leaf Virginia and Zimbabwe tobaccos, matured with Creme de Cacao Blanc and cased with an extract of crushed apricot kernels to create a luxurious, silky, high nicotine snuff.

Named after Admiral of the Fleet Lord George Anson, who in 1759 was the first person to successfully grow apricots in Britain, at Moor Park, his estate in Hertfordshire

NB: As with any natural tobacco product, artisan nasal snuff can be susceptible to mould if it is not stored correctly. All of our snuffs are heat treated before packing to ensure an indefinite shelf-life whilst in the original, unopened containers. Our snuffs are traditionally made without chemical preservatives and we recommend that once opened the snuffs should be kept in the tightly closed brand container and stored in a refrigerator. Only decant using a clean, dry implement.

Sir Walter Scott's Anson's Imperial Snuff 15g

Not bad, like most of Sir Walter Scott's snuffs, rubbing on the classics, but not outstanding.

The greatest tobacco product I have ever tried. Just pure enjoyment and I've only been snuffing for about two years.

I cannot speak words to explain the exquisite quality the silkiness the love that's been put in to this snuff it is absolutely delightful once snuffed it starts with a slight warm burn nothing irritating then it goes further with hints of all kinds of flavors here and there and then a slight explosion of apricot comes through that is the height of the climax and then it subtly lingers and leaves nothing but a refreshing clear sinus it's like magic"You say I go too far oh but I do not!Try it and see if I lie it is a absolutely amazing snuff. Sir Walter Scott is a snuff master there I said it no one else will. He's the man with the wowe's that put's the Snuff in your nose.

Sir Walter Scott's Anson's Imperial Snuff 15g

An excellent offering as is typical of SWS. Strong and satisfying of nicotine. Superb "snuffability" with easy blow and cleaning. Excellent flavor, if a bit subtle. Don't like it as much as the Perique, Havana, and Golden Horn which seem to no longer be available, but basically similar in overall qualities with the bonus of a more elegant, sophisticated aroma. Definitely worth it.
