I don't give out 5 star ratings lightly, but this snuff is fantastic. After reading the other reviews, it seems to be a love it or hate it kind of snuff. This clove scent has the most potent and stinging, burning punch you will ever experience in a spiced snuff. I do not recommend this for the faint of heart or for beginners. Also understand that you need to like clove to like this. I owe a debt of gratitude to my friends at snuffhouse for introducing me to this one. Nice nicotine hit too.

The cloves are the star of the show here but there is also an undertone of fresh cut firewood and classic leather. This snuff reminds me of Saturday afternoon in the fall, when the sun is shining bright through the windows while the wind outside swirls the fallen leaves. This one would be a great evening fireside snuff while enjoying an Octoberfest brew or hot cider while you ease back into your favorite leather chair.
As you wander through the back alleys of the Christmas Market, Black Peter lurks in the shadows; awaiting to collect his bill for your litany of sins. As Krampus whips you with his bundled birch rods, you acquiesce to the epiphany that you are really quite rotten the kid. Like skinny dipping with electric eels, you move from burn to rapture from the tobacco laced cloves your nostrils ingest. Mulled Magic is euphoric and invites you to kneel in front of the alter on which the Ram’s Head is placed.
If you're clicking the add to cart button right now you must REALLY like cloves. This snuff will do nothing more than give you the clove you're after. Medium grind... a little more moist than medium... makes it a very easy snuff to take. Other reviews have mentioned insane nose burn with this snuff but I haven't really gotten that. The best way I can think of to describe it is that this is the nasal snuff equivalent to Djarum Clove smokes...... the Djarums won't really satisfy that vitamin N craving and neither will this snuff. But if you're after a pleasant clove smell that sticks with you for a solid 20-30 minutes this is for you.
I ordered this snuff a while ago and didn't get that into it until winter. It is a great winter snuff since the clove really burns your nose and wakes you up in the cold winter air. The grind is quite fine and it feels smooth in the nose despite the strong burning sensation I've grown to love. The color is a nice medium brown. If there's any flavor in there besides clove I can't detect it since it is very powerful clove flavor. If you've ever had clove gum and thought it was too sweet and not spicy enough I can highly recommend this snuff. It is the snuff equivalent of atomic fireballs. The nicotine is moderate though the burn might make you think otherwise.
actually I have made my own clove snuff using just my hands a hardwood mortar clove and a good quality tobacco (n. rustica). in that creation of mine cloves aroma was perhaps a bit fresher but that wild tobacco just was too much. .
in this beautifully light brown snuff clove sneaks in slowly leaving aromatic bliss in your nose. have to say that this is quite peppery as well and totally dominated by clove so after snuffing you might just feel like you had some really nice herbal remedy istead of taking tobacco product.
it is not easy snuff to take. not at all! but if you feel anxious to get some clove flavoured tobacco and you chooce this you do not regret!
clove is fierce so small tin is sufficient for me.
