An original recipe, made from additive-free rolling tobacco and a cigar.

Coffee grinderFor turning dried leaf or rolling tobacco into a fine powder.Measuring spoonsFor recipes written in teaspoons and tablespoons, and for quick additions such as salt or ground spices.DropperFor adding essential oils or water a drop at a time.Airtight jarsFor resting snuff while it develops, and for storing it afterwards.

Notes
The original post doesn't say how much tonka to use or how long to soak it. Clove soaked in rum is another option to try.
