Wilsons Wall is a rare capture of an elusive fragrance of wallflower. The aroma of the erysimum has long been a common expression of the English Garden and, while ascending the garden wall, provides a subtle scent that offers a bitter and spicy floral aroma to the selection of tobaccos used to accompany this ancient medicinal plant. The snuff is a middle brown, medium moist and medium ground powder that, upon intake, provides a mild burn to the nose and compensates with high nicotine content. Try some and allow this hidden gem shine in your collection.

Another Overlooked Sharrow Gem

I was a bit skeptical of this snuff when I resolved to give it a try simply because I have never seen it get much love from most other reviewers online. As a matter of fact, it seems to be a polarizing product. Well, I'm glad I opted to ignore the negative reviews because this turned out to be a marvelous floral snuff. The floral scent struck me as being natural. If you are unfamiliar with the scent of wallflower, it comes off as a honeyed stone fruit aroma with earthy, vegetal undertones. That is precisely what this snuff delivers: a floral scent reminiscent of peaches and/or apricots in honey with earthy, biscuity, and somewhat vegetal tobacco hints. Very easy to take and unique. I highly recommend it.

Erysimum

Similar to WoS’ “Jockey Club”, this floral snuff is a reminder of pleasures past; helping to endure the monochromatic bleakness of another Canadian Winter. Great with Russian Vodka, out of the freezer, or rustic grain alcohols, pulled from the snow, Wall is a skilled cornerman to the cursing of Punxsutawney Phil for seeing his…shadow, again; thereby giving us another six weeks of winter. High in nicotine and of medium moisture, Wall tastes of violet blossoms, decomposing leaves, bergamot and scat. It brings to mind the first days of spring, where the tulip bulbs fight their way through melting snow towards the loving warmth of the equinoxial sun.

Happy With This

Tried snuff for the first time today. This was one of two kinds I have tried today. This was the first. Was pleasantly surprised. There was a little burn (first timer lol) and the floral scent hit me BAM! It was shocking at first then was very pleasant. The ole nic tingle sneaks up. Quite intetresting I could get used to this! Could smell the scent for about 15 mins quite well, then it would pop up every so often and I would notice it again. Happy with this product!

Wilson’s of Sharrow hit a wall on this one

So apparently the “Wall” in the naming of this flavor from Wilson’s of Sharrow comes from “Wallflower”, but I can’t say I agree. I believe it is more because of the fact that this one feels a bit like they “hit a wall” in the Wilson’s snuff creation department, and not in a good way.

Not Overwhelming

Really not bad for a floral snuff, not overwhelming. That said, I am not a fan of floral snuffs of any sort at all. I find them to be too perfumed.
