Mullins and Westley Particular 20g
Mullins and Westley Particular 20g
Mullins and Westley is a highly traditional and crafted blend of Malawi and South American tobaccos that is uniquely mixed as a medium to dry snuff that dates back to the 18th century. The recipe itself is based on a London best-loved recipe that is over 300 years of age. A more historical based product with a stronger tobacco earthiness that's significantly balanced in terms of the flavoring and sensation. A long lasting and enjoyable sensation from an old favorite.
Available in a convenient 20 gram container.

This is a quality SP but the "particular" name can be misleading, you'd think it was something off to one side rather than a straight forward high quality option
You would be hard pressed to find a snuff better then those of the Mullins and Westley name. Particular is a traditional style snuff, light fading bergamot scent, slight neroli or bitter orange scent mingling in and out. The base tobacco is pleasant and fluffy, medium moisture and grind. Another top tier snuff in my opinion, if you haven’t tried Mullins and Westley Particular yet…do yourself a favor and add a tin or three on your next order.
A real English grind with that true snuff hit! From horse stable, fresh hay to nanas old cupboard brings together a truely memorable experience not to missed.
If this were one of the first snuffs I tried, I am sure that I would been have rather fond of it. Particular Snuff is mild, easily accessible and without burn. Relatively dry and khaki brown, it is essentially pulverized cigarette tobacco mixed with Neroli, the oil of bitter orange. I imagine it to be a favourite of rebellious grandmothers seeking thrills at hen parties. Its not that it is bad, its just not very exciting. As there are many better SPs available, I am sure that this tin that will reside in my snuff drawer…for generations. In the words of that ancient famous Greek philosopher: “Ehh, good enough.”
Very easy to take SP. A real pleasure. Nice but not overwhelming burn. A little similar to McChrystals SP.
