Kind of like a menthol-y White Elephant, but milder and not overpowering in the menthol. It leaves a fresh scent in your nose, but don't sniff too hard or it'll shoot to your throat, which isn't so nice. I've had a tin of this for a while, and I don't use it often, but, it's still a nice snuff that anyone who likes Indian while-types should try. Also, it's very modestly priced, which is a plus if you worry about spending too much money on your habit!
I wasn't impressed with my first pinch of this snuff, but a few minutes later I was. Pale tan and very fine and dry, the tin is just packed to the rim. The scent is menthol, but a milder Indian version, nothing like a Wilsons, Gawith, or German menthol snuff. It is very fine ground, and if not careful, it'll hit your throat. The tin says "From the manufacturers of White Elephant Snuff". Thats the clue you should take. Its similar to W.E., but distinctly different. Perhaps not a beginner snuff, but it could be, if you enjoy the fine, dust like powder, a nicotine level to blow your socks off, and a mild, sun dried Indian tobacco. I find myself reaching for it frequently, and though the tin is rather small, it is tightly packed and a very good bargain for two bucks.
Very very cheap snuff and able to keep a stock of it without a huge investment. I find it much too fine and wished it was a tad bit more moist but for sure a get by snuff.
