This is my very first ever experience with Swedish snus. Being accustomed to American dipping tobacco (Copenhagen, Grizzly), the very first time I used this snus, I did NOT like it! Having gone through several cans now, I can say this was due to A) expecting a sweet flavor (this is not sweetened nor sweet tasting) and B) I sucked the juice out of it too hard and too fast. It can be an overly intense, bitter flavor if you juice it too hard at first.
Now that I have grown accustomed to it, I absolutely love it! The spitless factor is fantastic from a discretion standpoint, and no one around you need be bothered by obnoxious spitting sounds or puddles of brown spit on the ground. In terms of flavor, it is primarily peppery, tangy and almost almost sour (sort of like a sourdough), and a bit of saltiness. I can taste the tobacco as well, it seems to be of good quality by my standards and experience. As I said before, it is savory and not sweet. I don't get much overt cinnamon flavor, but that is fine, as the flavor is good either way, and, more importantly, it is a flavor that goes well any time of day for me.
The vitamin N content is in the "Goldilocks Zone" as I call it, just right. Most of the N and flavor is released after 20-30 minutes, and especially an intense upfront hit in the first 5-10 minutes, but it is certainly possible to get more out of it should you desire. Just give it a flip and move it to another spot in your mouth and it will freshen up a bit.
