This is a bit of a strange one, I'll admit. Definitely a quality snuff, but it does have it's quirks.
As soon I opened the container I immediately noticed the moisture - Not as dry as a Toque, but certainly not as moist as Samuel Gawith. I'd rate it at a medium moisture level for sure.
It's easy to snuff. It doesn't hit your throat as easily as many other snuffs due to the moisture.
The flavor is strange. I originally purchased it thinking it would mostly be a cola flavor, something like the Toque. Quite the contrary, this is a Cola Champagne. The snuff has a mild hint of musk, but beyond that, you immediately taste a sharp bite of cola. The bite gives the illusion of carbonation, much like a real cola, and the cola flavor itself definitely leaves behind that classic hint of cola syrup.
On the down side, I find that the initial musk/spice of the mixture can become a bit overwhelming on repeated snuffs, making it tough to use as a day-long snuff.
Still, the pros outweigh the cons, and I can easily recommend this snuff.
