This is the authentic oral tobacco of northern Africa. Before the milder cultivated tobacco there was this 'wild' tobacco.

The texture varies from the clay that the tobacco is ground with. There may be a scent of ammonia from the plant breaking down, but this disappears quickly.

There's a good solid hit of nicotine with a strong burn.

Don't use a snus tool, just take a very small pinch and brace for the blast.
