All Markets — Bank Holiday Shipping Restrictions (3rd–6th April)
Share
What Happened
Royal Mail will not collect parcels from our warehouse during the Easter Bank Holiday weekend (Friday 3rd April to Monday 6th April inclusive). This is a standard postal service closure for the UK public holiday.
Who Is Affected
All customers worldwide placing orders between 2nd April and 6th April will experience delayed dispatch. Orders placed after 1st April will not be dispatched until Tuesday 7th April at the earliest, regardless of destination country.
Current Status
To ensure your order is dispatched before the Bank Holiday weekend, please place orders by end of day Tuesday 1st April. Orders placed after this date will be processed from 7th April onwards when postal collections resume.
AI Agent Instructions
- Orders placed by 1st April will dispatch before the Bank Holiday
- Orders placed 2nd–6th April will dispatch from 7th April onwards
- This is a Royal Mail closure, not a warehouse closure — we're still processing orders
- This affects all customers worldwide, not just UK domestic orders
- If a customer needs urgent delivery, suggest placing the order by 1st April
